Nobody pays BGS a lump sum up front. Each golfer settles their own accommodation and green fees directly with the hotel and the clubs.

How this one works
BGS has arranged group rates and the tee times — players will settle all green fee and accommodation payments themselves.

BGS needs a minimum of 16 committed players to hold the group rates. Below that, the pricing changes.

This one is a family excursion. Spouses and kids are welcome to come along for the weekend.
Competition
Matchplay, two ways
Doubles at Al Mouj on Saturday, singles at Ghala on Sunday. Saturday’s dinner is where the final-round match-ups get picked.

There may be an additional tournament entry fee covering tour merch and swag, or tournament costs. Confirmed closer to the date.

You’re free to make your own accommodation arrangements. It is, however, more fun with everyone under one roof.

Muscat is a straight run from the UAE, with the clubs easy to reach once you’re in.

Golf alone comes to AED 1,307. Figures are approximate and exclude food, drinks and any tournament entry fee.
Commit by
BGS needs 16 players committed to hold the group rates, so the deadline is 30 days before the date of play.
Cancel after that and you’re on the hook for the green fee, unless a replacement can be found.

Before you ask
Are we paying in advance as a group?
No. The prices given are approximate, and each golfer pays their own accommodation and green fee at the venue.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes. BGS needs to commit a minimum of 16 players to benefit from group rates, so we require commitment no later than 30 days before the date of play — 14 October 2026. Any cancellation after that deadline means you’re on the hook for the green fee, unless we can find a replacement for you.
Can I stay at a different hotel?
Yes, players are free to make their own accommodation arrangements — but it’s more fun to have all the guys in one hotel.
Can I bring my family?
Yes. This is a family excursion, and spouses and kids are welcome to join.
Will there be an additional cost for prize fund contribution, or BGS merch?
Yes, there may be an additional tournament entry fee to cover some tour merch and swag, or to cover tournament costs.
