Mountain fairways. Coastal links. Golf under floodlights. Five days built around the next tee, the next meal and the people you want beside you for both.
We’re taking the annual tour to Vietnam’s Central Coast. Wafaifo is home. Four rounds are in. A fifth is there if you want it. Hoi An takes care of the evenings.
01 / The running order

Arrival + round 01
Touch down. Tee up.
The opening round runs into the floodlights, with your bags on the coach and your king room waiting afterwards.
- 12:30Arrive in Da Nang on VZ960. Airport fast track and waiting coach.
- 14:00–14:30Proposed tee time at Ba Na Hills or BRG Legend Nicklaus, subject to night play availability.
- After golfTransfer to Wafaifo, check in and make yourself at home. Dinner at your own pace and expense.
Round 02
The second act.
The other half of the opening double. Play whichever of Ba Na Hills or BRG Legend was not on Thursday’s card, then take the evening as it comes.
- MorningBreakfast at Wafaifo and your scheduled golf transfer.
- GolfBa Na Hills or BRG Legend. If BRG falls on Friday, the agent offers a choice of Nicklaus or Norman.
- EveningFree evening in Hoi An. Dinner and drinks are your own arrangements.
Round 03 + Vespa night
Fairways. Then food.
Montgomerie Links by day. Hoi An from the back of a Vespa by night. A shorter trip back to the hotel leaves time to swap golf shoes for an appetite.
- MorningBreakfast, transfer and golf at Montgomerie Links. Tee time to follow.
- 17:00Hotel pickup for “Streets and Eats of Hoi An”.

Round 04 + farewell
A finish worth the flight.
Hoiana Shores closes the golf. Coastal fairways, sandy lies and one last score to settle. Then steak, seafood and the small matter of who takes the honours.

- After golfBack to Wafaifo. Time to get ready for the evening.
- EveningFarewell dinner and prize giving at Surf & Turf, Hoi An. Steak and seafood with three hours of free flow drinks.
Optional round 05 + departure
One more for the road?
A final round at Vinpearl for those who cannot leave a good thing alone. Or a last day in Hoi An before the evening flight home.

- AfternoonLuggage storage and post golf showers arranged in the proposal. Final timings to follow.
- Around 20:00Coach to Da Nang airport for EK371, departing at 23:30. Arrive Dubai on Tuesday morning.
Thursday and Friday’s course order depends on floodlit availability. Tee sheets and final pickup times are still to be confirmed.

Ba Na Hills
Big climbs. Bigger views.
The designLuke Donald / IMGMountain golf · Par 727,857 yards from the back tees
The longest test in this lineup, with wooded slopes, changing elevations and a back nine that climbs into the hills. The white tees bring it down to 6,022 yards. All 18 holes have floodlights, so the views change as the round goes on.
Remember the 16th: a downhill par 3 to an island green. Club selection matters more than bravery.

BRG Legend Da Nang
Water or dunes. Pick your challenge.
The designJack Nicklaus / Greg NormanTwo very different layoutsNicklaus 7,380 yd · Norman 7,190 yd
Nicklaus brings broad fairways, plenty of water and timber edged hazards, at par 73. Norman is a par 72 links style course through coastal dunes, with sandy waste areas and sea breezes. Thursday means floodlit Nicklaus; Friday leaves both options open.
Nicklaus 14 is a 429 yard par 4. On Norman, the standout is the seaside 16th: an elevated par 3 green guarded by two deep bunkers. Film: Nicklaus. Still: Norman.

Montgomerie Links
Sand, water and a testing finish.
The designColin MontgomerieCoastal dunes · Par 7218 holes through sand and casuarinas
Sandy ground, casuarina trees and rolling fairways give this course its character. Water forces a full carry at the par 3 fifth, while the closing 18th stretches 588 yards uphill to an elevated green. Keep something in reserve for the finish.
Remember the 12th: a 527 yard par 5 with twelve bunkers. A good layup can be worth more than an ambitious second shot.

Hoiana Shores
Dunes, sea breeze and an open horizon.

Open coastal dunes, sandy waste areas and rolling ground put the wind firmly in play. There is room to choose a line, but the angle into the green matters. Low, running shots have a place here, especially when the sea breeze gets up.
Remember the 16th, Cửa Đại: a short par 4 beside the beach. The closing coastal stretch is the reason to keep your phone handy.

Vinpearl Nam Hoi An
One more round. Plenty more sand.
The designIMGDune golf · Par 727,038 yards
Broad fairways run through white sand dunes, with gently rolling greens and generous sandy hazards. It offers a different rhythm to the mountain round: more room off the tee, then a premium on choosing the right side for the approach.
Remember the opening hole: a par 4 with a huge sand bunker that introduces the course’s defining feature immediately.
